Family Services offers a 16-24 hr/wk psychology practicum program for qualified doctoral level trainees attending local graduate school programs. One hour of individual supervision and 1.5 hours of small group supervision with other trainees is provided weekly by a licensed psychologist. CASA Guardian ad Litem
Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers advocate for abused and neglected children in court. Volunteers receive a high level of training and support. No special experience is required.

Samaritan Crisis Line
The Samaritans of Merrimack Valley rely on volunteers who help those in crisis. People from all walks of life are trained by Samaritans to offer support and caring for those who are lonely, despairing or suicidal. Trainings are held throughout the year.
