About the Support Group
The Samaritans of Merrimack Valley is pleased to host a support group for individuals over age 18 who have attempted suicide in the past and are in need of connecting with others who have had the same experience.
During this eight week group, participants will discuss topics such as safety planning, coping skills, self-care and processing past events.
This suicide attempt survivor support group is confidential, free and led by Craig Miller, an attempt survivor.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
We do require attendees to be actively engaged in individual therapy at the time of enrollment and throughout the eight weeks.
If you are not in therapy, but are interested in joining, please contact us for a referral.
The size of the group is limited to six people and you will need to make a commitment to attend all meetings.
All participants must complete a registration, intake form and in-person interview.
