Refill Requests

** As of June, 2023, Family Services has a new process for requesting refills in between medication management appointments.

To submit a refill request:

• Complete the form below
• Email [email protected]
• Call 978-327-6618 or call 978-327-6600 and choose option 3.

Please note:

• Submitting a refill request through these lines is not a substitute for attending medication management appointments. If we receive a refill request and there has been a missed appointment, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a follow up appointment.
• Refill requests will be processed at the discretion of the prescribers here at Family Services.
• Please allow 48 hours for a refill to be processed. Please plan accordingly in order to prevent any interruptions in medication treatment.

*ONLY current Family Services Counseling Center clients may submit a medication refill request below. All other requests will be denied.
