Family Services’ Central office at North Canal Street is open to the public:
Mon 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tues-Thu, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Fri, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.
2nd & 4th Saturday of each month 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.

How Can We Help?

Directions to Central Office

  • From 495 North or South take exit 42B on to Rt 114 West.
  • Follow Route 114 West for approximately 1.5 miles (traveling through several intersections).
  • At the intersection of Parker Street (Rt. 114) and Merrimack Street, a sign for “Olde Station Square” will be on your right.
  • Proceed straight, driving over the Casey “Central” Bridge that crosses the Merrimack River.
  • As you approach the end of the bridge, take the left onto North Canal Street that is 30 feet BEFORE the traffic light.
  • Proceed on North Canal Street passing the Pemberton Park parking lot on your left, followed by “Kids Start” and another small brick building.
  • Family Services is the third building on the left. It is a brick, two-story building.
