How Can We Help?

Directions to Central Office

  • From 495 North or South take exit 42B on to Rt 114 West.
  • Follow Route 114 West for approximately 1.5 miles (traveling through several intersections).
  • At the intersection of Parker Street (Rt. 114) and Merrimack Street, a sign for “Olde Station Square” will be on your right.
  • Proceed straight, driving over the Casey “Central” Bridge that crosses the Merrimack River.
  • As you approach the end of the bridge, take the left onto North Canal Street that is 30 feet BEFORE the traffic light.
  • Proceed on North Canal Street passing the Pemberton Park parking lot on your left, followed by “Kids Start” and another small brick building.
  • Family Services is the third building on the left. It is a brick, two-story building.

Directions to Family Center

One Union Street is not accessible directly from Union St.  Our building is located behind the Essex Art Center, next to 50 Island Street (Union Crossing) (use 50 Island Street for GPS)

  • Coming from the north on Union Street, take left onto Island St.  Coming from the south on Union Street, take a right onto Island Street.
  • Take a right off Island St after the Essex Art Center (second building on the right)
  • Drive down a short road.  50 Island Street (Union Crossing) will be directly in front of you.
  • Look to the right, you’ll see an entrance with “1916” above the door.  Our entrance is to the right of that door.
