Annual Gala

Join us at our “Family Matters” Sitcom Gala on Thursday, May 8th as we honor the families we serve and celebrate some of our favorite sitcom families!

Our annual spring gala generates financial support for 20+ social service programs that educate, nurture, mentor, empower, and help families heal.

At this year’s gala, we will gather at the Black Swan Country Club to raise the much-needed funds to support programs upon which so many rely, such as Big Friends Little Friends and Stand & Deliver (youth mentoring), CASA (advocacy for abused and neglected children), and Samaritans of Merrimack Valley (suicide prevention).

Sitcom Gala? Really? yes, really!

Family Services and family sitcoms have a lot in common. Both support, celebrate, and strengthen families, though in different ways. Family sitcoms depict families navigating challenges like financial struggles, parenting dilemmas, and misunderstandings while overcoming them with love and humor. Meanwhile, Family Services provides real-life support through counseling, mentoring, parenting assistance, and youth development programs.

Suggested, but not required, join in the fun and dress up as your favorite sitcom character!
