These terms and conditions apply to SMS and email messages sent by Family Services of the Merrimack Valley. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from Family Services of the Merrimack Valley. Message frequency may vary. On average, you can expect to receive 1-3 messages per week. Messages include appointment reminders, updates, and responses to inquiries
You can sign up to receive SMS messages by completing an in person, hard copy intake form, completing our online form at (FSMV.org/contact), or by messaging YES to 978-327-6600. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by messaging STOP to 978-327-6600 or info@fsmv.org in response to any text message you receive. After you send the SMS or email message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you may do so by completing our online form at FSMV.org/contact or completing Family Services’ hard copy intake form.
You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email address, and website.
